Originally from a small village in Northamptonshire, not to long ago I moved to the Cotswolds to start a new chapter.

I'm 27 and have always LOVED baking! My nanna was a baker and my mum used to make wedding cakes as a side hustle. These two women taught me a lot of what I know and really encouraged me when I decided I wanted to start a small business selling the sweet delights I so thoroughly enjoy creating.​

ellener's was born after a lot of casual baking for my colleagues soon turned into cake orders... Whilst becoming much more confident with different baking techniques, I decided to start my own business! Over the past three years, I have created beautiful wedding and celebration cakes for customers & guests alike to enjoy and marvel at.
