Originally from a small village in Northamptonshire, I recently moved to the Cotswolds to begin a new chapter. I’m 28, and baking has been a lifelong love of mine. My nanna was a baker, and my mum created wedding cakes as a side hustle — two women who shaped so much of what I know today. Their encouragement is the reason I had the confidence to turn my passion into something more.

ellener’s was born quite naturally. What started as casual bakes for colleagues soon became regular cake orders, and as my skills grew, so did my desire to create something of my own. Three years on, I’ve had the joy of designing and making beautiful wedding and celebration cakes for couples, families, and guests to enjoy and admire.
